Art Berlin Track Programme
by Adler & Moriarty/Bonacci Gallery
A selective Berlin-based exhibition and artist positioning programme designed to support artists seeking to strengthen their visibility, presentation and opportunities within the wider art ecosystem.
Based from our forthcoming Berlin space in Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf, the programme combines curated exhibition opportunities, professional advisory and ongoing visibility within one of Europe’s most active art environments.
Berlin hosts hundreds of commercial galleries alongside a dense network of collectors, curators, architects, designers and independent spaces. Access to this ecosystem, however, remains highly competitive and often difficult to navigate independently.
The programme has been developed to help bridge that gap through a more structured and realistic approach to artist support, exhibition and professional visibility.
Why Berlin
Berlin remains one of Europe's most active centres for contemporary art, with around 400 commercial galleries, hundreds of independent project spaces, a large international collector base, regular curator visits, architects, designers and a constant programme of exhibitions, fairs and cultural events. While no programme can guarantee opportunities, proximity to this ecosystem creates possibilities that are difficult to replicate elsewhere.
Programme Pathways
Artists may apply to one or both programme pathways depending on their goals, level of readiness and desired level of engagement.
Exhibition Track
From €495 + VAT
A curated exhibition pathway for artists whose work and presentation are considered suitable for physical exhibition within the Berlin programme structure.
Exhibition formats may include:
• Group exhibitions
• Duo presentations
• Featured artist presentations
• Larger solo exhibition formats
Participation levels vary depending on exhibition scale, space allocation and programme structure, with larger presentation formats typically ranging between €3,500–€5,500 + VAT.
Exhibitions are developed through a combination of:
• Public and private viewing events
• Targeted invitations
• Direct outreach to relevant contacts
• Collector and curator engagement
• Promotion across A&M channels
• Online presentation and visibility
• Integration into the wider Berlin programme calendar
A more detailed breakdown of exhibition structure, event formats and support mechanisms is available following review and discussion.
Participation within the Positioning Track does not automatically guarantee physical exhibition. Exhibition selection is based on curatorial review, presentation readiness and overall programme fit.
Positioning Track
From €149 + VAT
Designed for artists seeking professional feedback, positioning support, strategic guidance and increased visibility over time.
This pathway may include:
• Positioning and presentation review
• Strategic feedback and advisory
• Professional material review
• Online visibility and artist features
• Inclusion in selected online exhibitions
• Ongoing visibility within the A&M network
This track is suitable both for artists developing their practice and for artists already exhibiting who wish to strengthen positioning, visibility or market direction.
Selection & Exhibition Standards
Exhibitions within the programme are selective and curated.
Artists chosen for physical exhibition demonstrate:
• A coherent body of work
• Clear presentation and positioning
• Strong visual direction
• Professional readiness for public presentation
• Alignment with the wider programme context
This structure is intended to ensure exhibitions remain focused, credible and professionally presented.
Programme Structure & Participation
The programme provides artists with access to professional advisory, exhibition structures and visibility opportunities connected to the wider Adler & Moriarty ecosystem.
Depending on the nature of the work, exhibition format and curatorial context, artists may be presented through different exhibition and gallery identities associated with the wider programme structure.
The focus throughout is on ensuring work is positioned within the most appropriate context for its audience, presentation and development.
A limited number of artists may, over time, progress into deeper or longer-term collaboration opportunities where strong alignment exists.
A Practical Approach
The art world remains highly competitive, particularly for artists operating independently or outside established gallery systems.
The programme is designed to provide a more sustainable and realistic structure through which artists can strengthen presentation, visibility and opportunities over time, while engaging directly with the Berlin art ecosystem.
While sales, representation or wider opportunities can never be guaranteed, the programme is designed to improve readiness, visibility and meaningful engagement through longer-term interaction rather than one-off exposure.
Programme fees contribute toward advisory, exhibition development, administration, visibility, events, curatorial preparation and the operational costs involved in running a Berlin-based exhibition structure.
Full participation details, fee structure and terms are provided following review and acceptance.
